What to Expect

We think you should expect to have fun, feel loved and latch onto something about Jesus. Literally every single person is welcome to come and find out about the grace and love that Jesus wants to give you. You don’t need to have anything figured out, or pretend to be something you’re not to come to Church. Just show up and feel the love.

It’s my first time, what’s going to happen?

We suggest arriving about 15 minutes early to grab a coffee, hang out, talk, check your kids into children’s ministry and grab a seat. Our worship service will start on time at 10:30 and last for about an hour. There will be signs and greeters to help direct you to wherever you need to go.

How long does the service last?

We shoot for one hour.

What about my kids?

We believe children are of incredible value and importance simply because Jesus placed such a high value on children. Upon arrival you will be able to “check-in” your kids to our Children’s Ministry where they will experience fun, a bible lesson and friends. If you have questions about our Children’s Ministry or programming send an email to: info@northamptonfamily.com

What should I wear?

We don’t require you to wear anything other than clothes. Whatever you feel comfortable wearing is what you should wear. You’ll see some people in suits, some in sweats and everything in-between. Our dress code can be boiled down to “please do.” Clothes should never stop you from attending @northamptonfamily simply because God cares about your heart first.

Am I welcome to attend?

No matter where you’re coming from, what you believe, how angry you might think God is at you, or even if you don’t know if you believe anything at all… our doors are open so you can hear the words of Jesus. We believe that no one is perfect which means that everyone is welcome at NorthamptonFamily. If perfection could be attained by how we acted or lived then Jesus would not have needed to come to earth. We are not perfect people. We are not a perfect church. We are just a group of people who recognize our imperfection and seek Jesus through our flaws. We want to be a real church for real people. So, since no one is perfect, everyone is welcome at Northampton.
